What We Do

Oneput is building Thailand's first Agentic Sustainability Manager (ASM), an enterprise ESG and integrated reporting platform designed specifically for large corporations and listed companies. The platform enables organizations to centralize sustainability data, manage governance workflows, perform advanced analysis such as climate scenario modelling, and produce regulator ready disclosures aligned with global standards including IFRS Sustainability Standards, GRI, and SEC 56-1 One Report.

We are looking for team members who can perform at a full-time employee level. University students are welcome if able to commit and deliver at professional standards.

Compensation Structure

We offer flexible startup compensation with two possible arrangements

Option 1: Stock Option Participation

Participation in company stock options, with allocation and vesting schedule based on mutual agreement.

Option 2: Salary Arrangement

Salary based on mutual agreement. Please expect low to medium startup level compensation during the pre-funding stage, with significant upside potential as the company grows and scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ESG advisory services including IFRS S1/S2, GRI Standards, Double Materiality Assessment, Integrated Reporting, and sustainability implementation projects
  • Develop internal consulting methodologies, frameworks, and regulatory implementation processes
  • Lead sustainability consulting team and manage project execution and client delivery
  • Translate ESG consulting knowledge and regulatory requirements into structured product and digitalization inputs
Collaborate with: CEO, CPO, CTO

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, product strategy, and long-term roadmap for Oneput ASM and future products
  • Translate market insights, regulatory requirements, and customer needs into structured product requirements and specifications
  • Lead product planning, backlog management, feature prioritization, and agile product execution
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept, development, release, to continuous improvement
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy, consulting knowledge, and platform development direction
Collaborate with: CEO, CTO, Director of Sustainability Consulting, Director of AI

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-stack technology leadership across software engineering, AI systems, data architecture, and infrastructure
  • Translate defined product specifications and development deliverables into technical architecture and implementation plans
  • Lead and mentor technology team while overseeing platform engineering execution and delivery
  • Design system architecture, infrastructure standards, and security framework to ensure platform scalability, reliability, performance, and overall technical quality
Collaborate with: Director of AI, Data & Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop AI and machine learning capabilities including AI model development, agentic workflows, and ESG intelligence automation aligned with platform objectives
  • Design, manage, and integrate AI functionality into back-end platform features
  • Lead AI team and drive research and development initiatives to create proprietary technology, advanced models, and patentable innovations
Collaborate with: CTO, CPO

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate product specifications into intuitive user interfaces, UX/UI design systems, and interaction workflows
  • Develop frontend applications, dashboards, and user-facing visual interfaces
  • Produce visual assets, product demonstrations, and product communication materials

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop backend services and design system data architecture
  • Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment environments, and system integrations
  • Maintain data pipelines supporting analytics, AI, and reporting operations
  • Ensure system security, scalability, performance, and operational reliability
